Pan Roasted Rosemary Potatoes [RECIPE]

I love potatoes in any form. I had some of the boiled potatoes in the fridge which gave me an idea to make roasted potatoes with the classic combination of rosemary.

This recipe is quick and very tasty. It is an any time snack. The smell of rosemary while cooking is superb and makes the dish worthwhile to cook as well to eat. Do try it out and let me know what you think.

Enjoy the recipe.

Ingredients :

1 tbsp ............... dried rosemary
2 ...................... boiled potatoes
1/2 tsp ............. tsp chili flakes
1 cube ............... processed cheese, shredded
A few ................ coriander leaves, chopped
A few drops ...... balsamic vinegar
1 tsp .................. olive oil
salt to taste

Method:
  • Cut potatoes into thin slices. To cut the potatoes easily, cool them in a fridge for a few hours and you'll get nice round slices without any mess.
  • Sprinkle rosemary, chili flakes, salt and coriander leaves.
  • Spray the olive oil on a griddle and roast the potatoes on both sides till look done.
  • Top them with cheese and balsamic vinegar.
  • Ready to serve.
