Ingredients :
2 medium sized boiled and mashed potatoes.
1 tbsp ginger & green chili paste
2 tsp Garam masala powder
2 tsp Dry mango powder
1/2 tsp turmaric powder (optional)
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
Method :
- In a large bowl , mixtogether mashed potatoes and all the spices.
- When mixed , you can spread the spice mix on the bread and toast them both the sides to make sandwich or use sandwich maker.
- Serve with Chutney or chili Tomato sauce.
