Guava Chutney [RECIPE]



Ingredients:
  • 1 ................... medium sized guava
  • 1 ................... green chili
  • a few ............. cilantro (coriander) leaves
  • 1/2 tsp ........... cumin powder
  • salt to taste
Method:
  • Cut the guava into large chunks.
  • Mix together all the ingredients and blend it to make a paste with help of some water.
  • Ready to serve.
  • You may store it in an airtight container in a refrigerator for upto a week.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as a dip or a chutney in any of the chaat preparation.
