Ingredients:
- 1 ................... medium sized guava
- 1 ................... green chili
- a few ............. cilantro (coriander) leaves
- 1/2 tsp ........... cumin powder
- salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the guava into large chunks.
- Mix together all the ingredients and blend it to make a paste with help of some water.
- Ready to serve.
- You may store it in an airtight container in a refrigerator for upto a week.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as a dip or a chutney in any of the chaat preparation.
