Chocolate Balls [RECIPE]

Happy Diwali everyone! Looking for a last minute recipe for this festive season? Here is a sure shot winner that will be ready in just 15 minutes and will please your family and guests alike. 


Ingredients:
1 can (400 gms) ................ condensed milk
200 gms             ................ wheat biscuits (marie, rich tea or any other brand)
50 gms               ................ chocolate (dairy milk, hershey's or your favorite milk chocolate)
1 cup                 ................. cocoa powder

Method: 
  • Coarsely grind the biscuits in a blender. 
  • Chop the chocolate bar finely.
  • Take a large bowl and add the biscuit powder, condensed milk, chocolate and cocoa powder. Mix well.
  • Form small balls from this mixture and set it on a plate.
  • Refrigerate the balls in an airtight container for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Ready to serve. 
  • You can refrigerate and use it for upto a week.

Tip:
Add your choice of dry fruits (cashews, almonds etc.) to enhance the taste of this dish. I usually use  'fruit & nut' chocolate bar in this recipe!
