Chili Garlic Noodles [RECIPE]



Ingredients:

2 cups       ............ noodles
3 tbsp        ............ oil
2 tbsp        ............ red chili sauce
1 tbsp        ............ ginger garlic paste
1 tsp          ............ vinegar
½ cup        ............ thinly sliced spring onions
1½ tbsp     ............ soy sauce
½ tsp         ............ white pepper powder
salt to taste

  Method:

  • Boil the noodles in salted water. Drain the water and run cold water over it.  Coat noodles with 1 tbsp oil to prevent them from sticking together. Set aside.
  • Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan or wok over a high flame. Add ginger garlic paste and spring onions 
  • Stir-fry them over a high flame for 2 minutes.
  • Add the noodles, soy sauce, red chili sauce, white papper powder, salt and vinegar.
  • Stir-fry for another minute or two.
  • Ready to serve.
