Nutritious and healthy accompaniment. Kids absolutely love this!

1 cup chickpeas (kabuli chana) boiled
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
salt and pepper according to taste

  • Mix all ingredients except olive oil. Grind the mixture till it becomes a fine paste
  • Add olive oil and mix well.
  • Ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve it as a dip along with bread or raw veggies like carrots and cucumber.

Tip:You can add a little water to achieve a good consistency, but do not make it too watery.
