
Ingredients:
2 small tomatoes, cut in small pieces
50 Gram Tofu
1 green chili, cut in small pieces
1 bunch of palak, blanched and cut in small pieces
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
pinch of hing
pinch of turmeric
pinch of kasuri methi
oil to cook
coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai, put cumin seeds, mustard seeds and pinch of hing
- Add ginger garlic paste , small cut tomatoes and green chili
- When tomatoes become soft add small cut palak , garam masala powder, turmeric powder,kasuri mathi and salt to taste
- Cut Tofu into small cubes , shallow fry them in a oil or butter
- Add them into the curry
- add little water and cook it with the lid for 10 minutes
- garnish with coriander leaves
Serving Suggestions:
Server with parathas or rice
Tip:
You can add little bit of cream.
Instead of Tofu , paneer also can be used.
