
Ingredients:
100 ml coconut water
8 to 10 mint leaves
juice of half lemon
1/2 tsp honey
ice
Method:
- Crush mint leaves
- In a shaker, mix coconut water, honey, lime juice ,crushed mint leaves and ice
- shake and mix till well blended
- Put few ice cubes in a glass and pour the mixture over it

Serving Suggestions:
Served as a mocktail and makes a great, healthy party drink
Tip:You can put little lime juice on the glass edge and dip the edge in salt , so that you get the frosted glass look. and it also adds to the taste of the drink.
