Tangy Macaroni

1 cup macaroni boiled
1 small onion
2 big tomato (pureed)
2 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper
4 or 5 cut pieces of jalapenos
1/2 cup shredded cheese
salt to taste
Olive oil to cook
1/2 tsp oregano

  • Boil the macaroni and keep aside
  • Heat olive oil in a kadai
  • Add ginger garlic paste and onion
  • When the onion is little brown,add cut green chilies, tomato puree and tomato sauce
  • Put black pepper powder, jalapenos ,oregano and salt to taste
  • Add boiled macaroni and cook it for a while
  • once done garnish with cheese
  • serve hot

Serving Suggestions:
serve with garlic bread
