Potato chana salad

Ingredients:
2 boiled potatoes
1 cup chana
2 small onions chopped
1 tsp coriander leaves
2 tsp chat massala
1 chopped green chilies
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Method:
  • Cut the boiled potatoes
  • Add small cut onions, boiled chana, Chat massala, cut green chili,salt to taste, Black pepper powder and lemon juice
  • Keep it aside for 15 mins before serving ,
  • Garnish with coriander leaves

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with parathas, rice

Tip:
You can refrigerate the boiled cut potatoes for 10 mins, It helps potato not to break
