Lemony Salad


Ingredients:
5-6 Spinach leaves, finely chopped
5-6 Lettuce leaves
1 cube cheese, cut in small cubes
1 cucumber, diced
1/2 capsicum, diced
10 cherry tomatoes
salt/pepper to taste
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 lemon

Method:
  • Mix all the vegetables and cheese
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Squeeze the lemon into vinegar. Mix it well and pour it over the salad.
  • Add the olive oil and toss the salad.

Serving Suggestions:
Can be eaten as a snack or a started

Tip:
Add other veggies according to your liking. For example, adding carrot will give the salad a sweeter taste.
