Hara Bhara Kabab

2 bunch of spinach leaves (palak )
3/4 cup of boiled and mashed green peas
3 medium sized potatoes
3 green chilies
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 small piece of ginger chopped
1 tsp chat massala
oil to deep fry
2 tsp cornflour
salt to taste

  • Blanch the palak leaves and chop it
  • Mix Palak, peas , potatoes , green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger,chat massala and salt to taste
  • bind it adding cornflour.
  • Shape each portion like a flat tikki
  • Heat oil in a kadai for deep fry
  • Deep fry tikkis till its done.
  • serve hot
