Papad Nu Shaak (Papadum curry)

5 Papads (preferably black pepper lijjat papad )
2 Garlic cloves,crushed
1 Green Chilli
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 cups of water
1/2 tsp oil
chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste

  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Put cumin seeds, cut green chillies and crushed garlic cloves
  • Put 2 cups of water
  • Cut the raw papad into small pieces. Once the water starts boiling, put the papad pieces. Add salt to taste.
  • Cook it till papad becomes soft. Add water if required.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
Serving Suggestions:

Tastes good with jeera rice or parathas.
You can put some chopped onions and sev and serve it as a snack also.

Tip:If you want some gravy in your subzi, add some more water and cook for a little longer. You will be able see to fine consistency.
