Massala Bhindi (okra)




Ingredients :
  • 1/2 Kg bhindi (okra)
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp curd (dahi)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 tsp grated coconut
  • 2 tsp oil
  • salt to taste
Method :
  • cut the bhindi in slices
  • heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and hing
  • add ginger garlic paste , chopped onion and tomato.
  • once the onion and tomato are cooked well, add curd (dahi)
  • add salt to taste
  • now put bhindi and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes
  • garnish with grated coconut.
